What is this Web 2.0 thing they keep talking about?
Women hate talking about technical stuff!
This is something that many men simply don’t get it! So, let me say it again: we hate it when you brag about your knowledge in latest technology or high-tech equipments! This is something that you should talk about with your male friends. We don’t care about that! We hate this kind of conversation, just as you hate it when we talk about cosmetics and shopping!
We’re all part of Web 2.0. Stop talking about it!
And, secondly, why is this “web 2.0” thing so important, that you just can’t stop not talking about it? You say that you are a part of a web 2.0 startup! So what! We’re all part of web 2.0, in case you haven’t noticed! When Web 1.0 has “left the building”, Web 2.0 came through! It’s evolution of technology! We all live it! So stop talking about it! Or, in any case, don’t talk about it with us! It’s kind of “nerdy”, and you don’t like being a nerd! So, if you don’t, then stop acting like one!
Women are not impressed by your “tech” knowledge
Or maybe you’re thinking to impress us when talking about tech stuff. Don’t! We’re not impressed. We’ll probably listen to you, but only from politeness. So, that is like letting you speak on your own. So, pay some attention to what I’m saying, and next time, leave “tech” subjects aside, and try to make a normal conversation, relaxed and natural. Even if you’re not that skilled in on line conversations, it’s better that speaking about Web 2.0 stuff!
